First chemo session tomorrow, not sure how I feel!

I will be in your shoes next week - not sure how I will feel either. I’m sure I’ll have a restless night the night before.

Hope all goes well for you Gabba - will you come on here in the next couple of days and let me know? What treatment are you on?

Hi Gabba

Very understandable honey.

There are few good ways of looking at it.

If you are having 6 after tomorrow you will have 4 more then your last one.

If like me as soon as I got the first date I had them all marked on my calender and had my last one highlighted THERE IS AN END INSIGHT!!.

You might not believe this now but it does go really fast and is nowhere near as bad as you might think.

Remember that we have all been there and many still are, you are not and never will be alone.

Will be thinking of you tomorrow, hope all goes well.

Didnt sleep last night. But went ok. Thanks Ann and Pheebster for your comments. I had Epirubicin feel ok but in the last few hours keep going a bit whoosy like just had glass of wine. This may sound silly but I feel like I am waiting to feel bad!!

first chemo 4/11/2008 scared not sure what to expect having FEC x 6. 6 cycles seems like a long time I just want it all over and have my life back Is any one else starting around that time

A friend of mine is starting chemo on the 3rd. I know she is trying to register on this site to chat with you, but is having problems. she will be in touch as soon as she can, under the name of Magic. Good luck with your chemo. hope all goes well.
