For Paul Paul - have you heard about the Peer Support service run by Breast Cancer Care - you can speak with someone who will help with all your concerns - give the help line a call 0808 800 6000.
I used the service when I started out - found it very helpful indeed - now I am a Peer Support volunteer - you never know - I may be your supporter.
