I found a lump in my breast a few days ago and I also have a brownish discharge coming from the nipple of the same breast that the lump is in. The thing is, 6 years ago I had breast reduction surgery-does this mean I could be more at risk of developing cancer? Also, I am only 25-what are the chances of it being cancer at my age? I am quite worried now as it seems rather painful when I move and it stretches up into my armpit.

Its always better to prevent than to cure.I would recommend that you have it checked up at your GP surgery or any walk in clinic.It is for your peace of mind knowing what it is.It could be just a cyst or fatty tissue/glands but nevertheless, have it checked up ASAP.
