i have BC, having a op on the 28th of jan, ultrasound showed no signs in the lymth nodes, but they are going to check more closely during op, it’s a grade 3 invasive??? can anyone (in simple terms) explain what this all means??? im sure the doctor did, but to be honest, i cant remember anything apart from (you have BC) after that nothing…

So sorry about your news. It is very common to miss most of the details, not surprising, it is so much to take in. I would suggest that you ask to speak to the Breast Care Nurse and ask her to go thru it again with you. If you don’t recall whether you were assigned a nurse, the hospital department you were seen in should be able to tell you, and possibly put you through to her too.
