Repeated UTI can be from reduced or no oestrogen caused by Letrozole. I have Imvaggis and Blissel, the lowest dose vaginal oestrogen you get while taking Letrozole after seeing a menopause specialist but with agreement from breast surgeon and oncology team.
Last year a new study was produced to show no more risk of death with vaginal oestrogen on Tamoxifen or Letrozole.

I use Yes moisturiser and lubricant on prescription but also buy Sutil from Jo Divine but it wasn’t enough. The charity Menopause and Cancer have lots of information on their website, YouTube and podcast.
