Hi all, it’s been quite a while since I last posted. Nothing much to post about really I’ve just been rumbling along.
However I just turned 59 and realized that I am getting a life back. I’m working full time again; my boss was kind enough to extend my ease back from 4 weeks to 6.
Next month I will be a full member of the team and go out on the rapid response as I have been pasted for all duties. I’ll just be a bit slower as it will take me two journeys to carry the lifting equipment if I’m alone.
Not every thing in the garden is lovely – however there is a garden and perhaps a few flowers. Perhaps one day I’ll even get back to my dancing – who knows.
I’m quite proud of myself, an oldish woman with grade3 stage, 3 cancer – back to work and look after my home and family – it can’t be bad.
I get my first mammogram since dx next month and just know its NED.
I hope everyone is keeping as well as possible.

reply I hope I can post something similar soon. Your post gave me a lift. I hope to be back at work maybe next month if all goes well. Like you, an oldish woman and taking things as they come.
Keep it up and soon there will be lots more flowers in the garden.
