I was thinking about what to buy for who and it got me thinking about the funniest pressie I received a couple of years ago. A friend bought me four slices of ham from the Co op. Very nice except that being an organized soul she had been shopping two weeks before the big day so they werent even fit for the dog!!

post removed as the moderator edited the above post and now my post doesn’t make sense. 
Please could the moderator leave a message when something is edited out and explain why it was, in general terms. otherwise the person who posted doesn’t know it’s gone and, as seen above, subsequent messages don’t make sense.
And while i’m on the subject: I left a private message for another user with my email address in (when new to the site). Instead of leaving the message but removing the email adddress, they wiped off the whole message, then sent me a message in a place i would never look! It was a shame cos the person, who was struggling at the time, missed out on an important message of support, and i didn’t realise she hadn’t received it until two months later!!
