funny type rash help please

i,m sure its nothing but i,m a 57yr post meno with what i can only describe as a flaky rash under the left breast

it feels like little pimples but to look at there looks nothing

but when you brush your palm over it it feels like scales

do i need to get it checked or is this normal

Go see a doctor. They can tell you whether it’s just a skin rash or something that needs further checking. Even if it’s just a skin rash, you might get some treatment for it.
