Generic Anastrozole

I have had a letter from my GP telling me that I will no longer be getting Arimidex but Anastrozole. I presume that this is a cheaper generic drug, is anyone else on such a drug and if so any experience you can share? Not really happy to change as everything seems to be OK for me on Arimidex.

Here is the link to the BCC fact sheet on anastrozole, which also goes under the name of arimidex. Have a look at the information but I think it may be the same drug under a different name.
