Thanks Lulu - I have asked everyone to fill in what they can and it is ready to be sent in now. I felt like not bothering to fill it in and just claiming I knew nothing, but I got a grip and asked family to do their best. I realised that, as you say, they could calculate other risks apart from the TN. As it turns out, the process has revealed quite a bit of breast, womb and ovarian cancer, but but the details of dates, diagnosis etc are very vague as “no-one talked about that kind of thing then”. So I don’t know how much use it will be to the genetics team when it is so vague, but it makes me think there must be a genetic factor. I will still go armed with everything printed out!
