After a year in which I was diagnosed and treated for BC, I got some really good news today when my son got his GCSE results. It has been a hard year for both of us. I’m a lone parent and he has had to look after me when I’ve been too ill to get out of bed, as well as complete course work and study for exams. His school was also in special measures and there has been a lot of disruption for the kids, numerous supply teachers, etc. He has successfully completed 11 GCSE’s, 2 B’sand 8 C’s. I’ll let him off with the one D. After the year we’ve had, I could n’t be happier for him.All credit to him for being able to cope with so much.
Christopher, what a wonderful person you are, if you can get through all this and achieve what you have, well, you can do anything! and Geraldine, spoil him rotten, your obviously a fantastic mum.
Geraldine
Congratulations to both you and Christopher. Just goes to prove that although BC has had an impact on your life(granted not a nice one) but both you and your son should be very proud of yourselves for all that you have achieved in this last year.
Well done
