Hi Everyone,
i just wanted to share my good news with you. Since my last does of chemo i have been worrying that the breast tumour has gotten more prominent. I went for my appt today, and on examination, the consultant says that the tumour no longer feels fixed to the chest wall! I nearly fell over and am so pleased. This not only means that the chemo must be working but also that when i have the surgery in January, the mastectomy will be more straight forward. I had chemo number 6 today and so will now be waiting for the bus to hit, but thats the kind of news that makes it all worth while.

That’s great news Anna!! Chemo is such a hard slog, but this kind of news helps all the bad, grotty stuff fade into the background!! Best wishes, AM x

Hi, thanks everyone. I still think it feels fixed but he is the expert so i will go with what he says. I feel so happy getting that news yesterday, i think that and a mix of the steroids!
