I finished chemo on 16th April, and rads on 19th June. I then went on holidays to the sun for 2 weeks and have just come home. It was great to let the air at my head and my hair made incredible progress in the 2 weeks. I now have a bit of cover all over my head as opposed to still haveing bald bits. My eyebrows and eyelashes have also started coming back at a great pace.
Just thought I would share the good news as for the 6/8 weeks after chemo I was seemed to be making little or no progress and I would like to give encouragement to anyone who is a few weeks behind me!
