I am so happy today.My 19 year old daughter landed on my doorstep this morning after 6 months of backpacking in Oz,she wanted to surprise me so didn’t tell me when she was coming home.She has lifted my spirit so much.The first thing she said was - mum don’t cry- but hey us mums are allowed especially after such an emotional year.She was not put out that I am a baldy and the place is already a tip with clothes every where.We have been shopping as she missed good food so a roast is under way, and she longed for Walkers crisps.She has gone to see her best friend.They have been friends from the age of 2 and neither has a sister,so they are as good as.
I am already planning a family welcome home party.

just brilliant my son always brings his dirty washing home and when he returns the house is a tip but we wouldn’t have it any other way. have a lovely time with her.
