Has anyone swopped from IV to oral bisphosphonates ??

Bisphosphonates for osteoporosis:
Alendronic acid (was Fosamax, now generic) weekly tablet
Ibandronic acid (Bonviva) monthly tablet
Zoledronic acid (Aclasta) yearly IV infusion
