Booked a place on the Younger Women’s Forum in Cardiff but worried about going alone?

Considering booking a place but not sure?

Every year we receive queries from women, including concerns about coming along to the Forum on their own. Feedback from previous forums has said how helpful it was to talk on the Forums before the event.
This thread is a chance for you to say hello and “meet” others attending the Forum. I will check in regularly and if you have any questions do let me know and I will do my best to answer them.

Hiya have booked to go on the young women’s forum in Cardiff, and am really looking forward to going and meeting other young women in the same position as me.

Hi I am due to attend the Forum and am looking forward to it but I will be due to have chemo on the Friday. I am really disappointed as I was looking forward to attending. Is it worth going or should I just cancel? (I seem to be doing a lot of that!)

Dear BCC

Can anyone let me know if and when the young woman’s forum will be held in Bristol again?

I was unable to go when it was last there but hope to get another opportunity to attend.

Yes I have booked my place at the Younger Women’s forum in Cardiff, looking forward to it! The last one I think was in Bristol which I could’nt attend as I was in the middle of chemo that all seems a distant memory now :smileyvery-happy:

Hi ladies. Very recently diagnosed (July) and feeling quite lost. Very much looking forward to meeting you all and making sense of this. Will be very happy for positive enery to rub off on me.
