Having terrible time

Hi all, not sure if anyone can help but just need to vent.

Had my second FEC friday and had usual bad reaction. However, as with first time on day 4 when my steroids have ended i have had violent sickness and diahorrhoea. When i say violent its so bad i am wearing incontinence pads and cant make it two steps to the toilet without having it down my legs and pyjamas. Its just awful and i have my two youngest depending on me.

Had doctors out thru the night last night and today and its still going strong. They are speaking to the oncologist about the dosage and why this is happening. Its just the worst experience in the world for me now. I cant function normally and am wanting to vomit all the time.

Has anyone else had this severe reaction??? Please let me know if you have and what they did to help. x

Hi Lynn,
I am so sorry to hear of your violent reactions. I guess I was very lucky and had not too much to complain about. I really hope you will get some good replies here as I am sure you will. Everyone is so supportive. I am sure there are other ladies who will have some good advice for you.
Hopefully your Onc will be able help you too.

This sounds terrible for you and I wish there was something I could say to help. You cant be the only one to suffer like this and I’m sure your onc team will be able to do something about it.
