Sorry haven’t had any experience yet!..But was diagnosed with brain mets Today and am feeling very scared and Sad! I am due to start whole brain radiotherapy on Tuesday! Apparently I have too many for targeted radiotherapy, of any sort. I am still in a state of shock and am typing this with tears rolling down my face!

What a b…er. This Cancer that has a will of its own to go where it wants. I so hope, that the next lot of treatment will get a grip of it and that you have some calmer days ahead.

I too have just joined this club. Start WBRT on Monday and I have no idea what to expect. I have tried to read the leaflets, but I can’t take it all in.

I was dx back in July 2010 with secondary BC. I recent MRI scan showed ‘deposits’ on my brain. Still trying to process it and come to terms with it. I have no symptoms and wouldn’t have been picked up by a CT scan.
