Hi, this is my first post, so here goes…
I’ve been diagnosed with grade 3 IDC and have been recommended a Mx with Chemo to follow (I read up on the abbreviations after trying to read a few comments!). I’m 42 with large ‘droopy’ boobs but a small back (32G). I have to decide if I want reconstruction using Back (LD) flap versus a TRAM or DIEP. I realise now that I don’t even know if he was suggesting a TRAM or DIEP! Please can anyone tell me any pros or cons or past experience? It feels like a big decision…. Thank you x
