Hi,
I was due to have my 5th herceptin 2 weeks ago and it was posponed due to low LVEF (41%)
I had an echo scan yesterday and the girl told me it was still the same, so it looks as though I still won`t get it on Monday my appointment day.
Can anyone out there tell me if there is anything I can do to improve this reading.
I have through treatment done a lot of walking and golf, I recently had a couple of weeks away and sort of binged a bit ( heaven!!) and wondered if that had affected things.
Does anyone out there know what the longest break you can have on Herceptin?
Mine dropped around the midway mark (9) cant remember the exact results think it went from around 65 to 53 its a pain we cant review old posts any longer - however had a little break and 6 weeks later score was back to normal without me doing anything differnent and rst of treatment carried on as normal. think mine had more to do with starting alongside tax which knocked me for six.
