chemo def radio they are unsure about. Hercptain for a year and tam for 5 years turned out one out of all the lymph nodes where involve. my tumor was 5cm i am also er pos scale 8 and her +++. I feel better than what i did last week but doing fine in the grand schene of things. Still tired and having a bath is a bit of an ordeal xxx
Hi Penny & Cathy - that’s me joined the mx ladies! I had my op last Saturday all was well until Monday evening when the nurses noticed that all down one side of my back (ld flap side) was red and inflammed so I was started on oral antibiotics then iv antibiotics when my plastic surgeon saw it. I’m back on oral now and he is keeping an eye on me just incase it doesn’t improve and they have to take the implant out for things to settle down. I’m soooo pleased with the results - the top half looks exactly like it did before! Havent seen the scar yet and I know there will be a dent where I had so much scar tissue.
The hardest thing is trying to remember not to lift, push and pull with my right hand.
I hope you ladies are feeling better by the day - we should give ourselves a pat on the back - good side of course!!
