Back home and nice to be back with you all. Op went well. Was told I’d get home after drain was removed then drain came out by itself so here I am!!

I just got home on Thurdsay after op on monday. How are you feeling. I am not in pain, just tired and the armpit is achey. Are you going to have any results or are you waiting for radiotherapy or anything?

I am feeling remarkably well, thank you. Surprised everyone, myself most of all. I’m not in pain but do find myself getting tired and GP said that might get worse next week. Apparently the second week after an op can be the time it catches up with you. You should have seen his face when I bounced into the surgery on Friday - asked if the hospital had made a mistake with the date of the op!! Anyway, yes I’m waiting for results - have an appointment on the 18th so fingers crossed. Not too worried though as consultant originally told me they were fairly certain it had been caught so early that I wouldn’t need any other treatment. Hope you are well.

Have just read your post, and I must say you have made me feel more optomistic, my op is due on 28th Sept,
My problem is sleep at the moment, I am fine during day when I am occupied, but turn that light off and the gremlins creep in
