i know there is an inspiring stories category, but its a bit hidden a way.

It would probably be too much work for the moderators, but I think it would be good if the first subsection on “worried” was something like’ its not cancer after all!"

and then as soon as someone comes on site to say they have a benign result the whole of that thread gets moved into this section. Newbies could then read through how worried people were, what it was like waiting for results, and then wow— it was all alright.

this is a wonderful site where people help each other through treatment. But it is also an invaluable aid during those first horrendous weeks when you dont know what is happening. at the moment the good news is lost under various sections so the most things you read are about people needing treatmetn

Hi OAL, good idea.
I think it might be good if the site could be tidied up a bit, or if people could be gently encouraged to post under better headings - a lot of people seem to stick with the ‘getting started’ heading and post all sorts of stuff under there. I guess techy money is limited so this might not be possible, but I do wonder if people’s posts get missed due to poor location (I always check the ‘latest posts’ but not everyone does). Also lots of very similar thread seemm to get started because people can’t/don’t find what’s already there and might be helpful. Tricky one to get right I guess.
