Yeah they’re not ideal, hopefully they can sort them. They had to remove all my tissue as I have the palb2 gene so I guess they done their best but I’ll be defo be getting them touched up for sure.
Chemo is harsh. I’ve only had one EC. Was meant to have another one yday but my liver enzymes were too high. Literally couldn’t make this stuff up!!! How did you deal with chemo and radiotherapy? I’m hoping the radiotherapy doesn’t mess up my implants further… xx
I had all my tissue removed on both sides too. Hoping that they settle and can get back to some kind of normality.
I had 3 rounds of EC and then 3 round of Docetaxol. I had good days and bad days, you get to know what to expect after the first round. I found the docetaxol worse than the EC though but a lot people find the EC worse. It was the taste in my mouth that was awful. Everything tasted horrible so eat well when your up to it and then eat what you can when your feeling sick. The radiotherapy was fine, it didn’t bother me at all, bit of redness on the skin but nothing major.
Just keep ticking off the rounds of chemo and you won’t be long until you are out the other side.
