Hi , welcome to the forum . I think once you’ve been active on the forum for a short while the create new topic tab will appear for you.If it doesn’t I can tag the moderators to sort that out for you .

Hi @moonchild can you see the pencil icon top right of the page when you click on latest topics ? This allows you to create a new topic . There can be a little bit of a delay having this feature activated to stop spam
Hi @moonchild, it is a safety feature on the forum to stop spam accounts, that new users are unable to post a new topic unless they have spent some time reading other topics.
I’ve checked your account and you should be able to post a new topic now 
But let me know if you have any more issues.
I can’t post either, haven’t got the “new topic” button either. Could someone help with this please?
