How long do tumours take to grow?

Hi Maggie i am feeling your anxiety right now. I recently found a hard solid lump in my breastwith some dimpling at 6o’clock on my breast. I went straight to the docs and ive got an appointment this monday at the breast clinic. Im terrified myself. I have a young girl and i am only 42yrs. Im hoping with all myheart that it turns out to be nothing but my gut is telling me otherwise after reading so much on the net. I am also experiencing a dull ache down myarm but not sure if its my imagination. I urge u to go straight to the docs to find out asap. It is scary i know. Stay strong xx

Hi there,
I hope you had a good test result xx
I too have just found a lump and been referred but am in a dilemma

  1. 1st appointment is in another city 1 week sooner than the one available in my own city and I’ve been told I have to take all my treatment there if it’s BC.
  2. Appointment offered in home town is the day after we go on holiday. If I cancel I have to explain this hideous situation to my children
  3. My wait in home town means 11 days wait from first available appointment. Do I wait it out then I know I’ll be looked after near home if the news is bad
Sorry I don’t know where else to turn.

Hi, I’m still waiting as well for my referral to be done. I’m 37 years old, having 2 little kids. Wishing to see them growing up as well. I detected lumps, nipple discharge with clear sticky and white thick discharge, I’m having warm sensation most of the time in my breast as well a bit painful and feeling weakness, nausea has became a friend who won’t leave me. I’m not worried if it’s cancer or tunmer am worried if it’s and advanced form of cancer, speacially I could sleep for 20 hours, worried about my liver, and digestive system. However. If there is something, I recommend we deal with whatever we are having for our families. Don’t let yourself down. Best wishes, lily

I have a dimpling in my breast as well, started to change the texture of my breast. So still hoping it’s not so big what I’m gonna deal with!
