How long? Well it depends on whether you are the first in your family to be tested. If you are then results may take several months as it takes time to find a mutation. If somebody has already been tested and the mutation is known then your results should only take a few weeks. Also I think it depends on whereabouts in the UK you are, some areas are quicker than others. Your genetics clinic should be able to give you some idea.
