i have been diagnosed with a fibroadenoma, but with fast growing cells so i have to have it removed. Apparently i have been put on the quick list so I was just wondering how long everyone had to wait for their operation and how long you took off work after? Thanks very much. Sarah x

I have IDC and DCIS, but waited only 5 days from DX to surgery. I assume that benign conditions are not usually dealt with quite so quickly.
