Dillydonker-there are threads for people going through chemo which are split into the month you started chemo. I’m part of the December group where most people are having their 4th chemo right now. You might like to pop in and join that one. I pop into the other months too, just to see what’s to come and to share my own experiences.

… or there is the January thread, but it’s a bit quiet on there just now, with quite a few of us having a tough time! :frowning:

Welcome to the rollercoaster anyway!

Hi
It’s hard!!! Chemo isn’t easy but is worth it.
I’m now 5 years out but the chemo year is ingrained in my memory. It was hard, but was doable. I’m sure you have times when you wonder if it’s worth it. It is. I know I felt miserable and really poorly but it’s such a short time that you’ll be over it soon.
Just keep your head down, get on with it and you’ll soon be on the other side. And I can recommend this place.

Hi Dilly,

Love Jelly xx

when I was on chemo I suffered from mouth ulcers but a cold used tea bag placed on it really worked looked a bit like the godfather whenI had more than one in mouth
