hi all,
ive just returned from seeing the manchester bupa run. i would like to say a huge thanks to the people who ran for christies and macmillan. with there fund raising the research can go on. not just for breast cancer but other cancers. also well done to my husband andy who did the race in just over an hour, and was dx with skin cancer a few months ago.THANK YOU EVERYBODY WHO TOOK PART XXX. gaynor

Thanks for posting this! I ran it today, in 1h8mins, and i loved every single second and smiled all the way round. Well done your husband too! I have posted in my ‘a year on…’ thread to show ladies that there is light at the end of this cr@ppy dark tunnel.

excellent well done. it was a great day and to see all the charities… my husband is a nurse and he ran for pennine acute. he was in the green wave.i did the 5k last year, think i will do the 10k next time. well done again xxx gaynor
