Here we go again - yet another problem I’ve got 
Has anyone had treatment for hypertrophic scarring, where the scars are raised and red and don’t fade and flatten out as they normally would? What treatments have been tried and what kind of results did you get?
I’m on a combination of steroid injections and silicon products but so far all the steroids have done is leave me quite bruised. Luckily I can’t feel the injections as they’re on the recon side.
Any help would be appreciated.
