Well I thought I post a quick note to say I finished my chemo yesterday!!!
6 down and no more to go!!! Got my Rads after this and maybe tamoxifen but not too sure yet, will find out more in the new year.
All I wanted to really add is, for all you ladies and gents who are about to embark on this chemo journey - it has gone very quickly for me. Yes ive had a few down days but out of the 18 weeks of my chemo journey I can count on two hands my bad days and the rest were good days.
It is scary just before you start but once you get started and ride this journey you are more in control and you are on your way to finiding the light at the end of the tunnel and believe me, that light isnt too far away.
Well done Lynne, go celebrate!
I didn’t have chemo, but i had the op, rads and tamoxifen. Treatment finished 6 weeks ago for me.
Your reassurance will help others i’m sure.

What can I say, YOU DID IT and I am so, so proud of you. We have laughed, cried, cursed and then laughed a bit more together.
In your honour, I have just stocked up the Tequila and Mix for our next Margarita Night! No doubt you will want the obligatory “Curry”!!!
We had better get this planned kiddo, I go to see onc next week and this is one celebration I am NOT gonna miss.

Thanks for your support, cuddles, and a shoulder over the last 18 weeks but then again - I knew if anyone was going to be there it would be you…And I will do just as much over the next 18 weeks as you did for me. I will stock the fridge up…
