I was right to be worried

Hi ladies

I left a message on Sunday evening about not putting my sensible head on and getting my butt down to the GP, thanks to all of you who encouraged me to go. My GP is not happy at all and has made an urgent referral to the breast clinic, which should be within the next 2 weeks. He breifly said it may be an infection, then went onto say he thought it could be a small tumour in one of my duct’s. He was very straight with me, which i am glad about and went into great detail. He was very supportive…so now i wait! As you will all know, i’m a bit scared, but i am also relieved that i have started the ball rolling. Here’s preying for an infection!

Well done on going to see the GP. I too hope you have an infection (that sounds bad but you know what I mean). Try to keep yourself occupied whilst you wait and don’t brood on the issue - easier said than done. Fingers crossed that you don’t have too long a wait.
