i have jsuhad a nasty scare that my breast cancer could have returned in which case i would have joined your club
before reading your posts i felt like the end of the world was nigh should i have lost a breast
theni read many of these posts
what a comfort!
it really helped me get myhead around it
by the time i went back to see the surgeon i was ready to accept it
in the event it wasn’t necessary this time but i am now mentally prepared should it happen again

I am so pleased for you.
I had always said an mx would be my worst nightmare until I had to have one. At that point my boob became an enemy and I was pleased to see the back of it. The op was the first I had had and I am amazed at how easy it was.
Be positive about return - if you have done everything you should then it may never happen and life is to short to worry about what may never happen! How many of us lost sleep that 21st Dec last year would be the end of the world?
