I'm worried.

I was referred to the breast clinic after finding a lump the GP felt it too and referred me. My appointment was today. I was examined but the doctor couldn’t find any lump, thickening or mass even though I kept pointing out where it was and explaining my breast has changed lately.
I had an ultrasound, she found a mass 5cm x 3cm. She said it looked like possibly fatty deposits.

I then saw the consultant who has a feel and was surprised to not be able to feel anything and said he thought it was a limpola, and nothing yo worry about but he has ordered an MRI of both breasts.

I’m confused as too why they can’t feel it and is there any chance it could be more sinister?
The lump I felt is not 5 cm wide.
