Induced menopause with zolodex + AI’s

Thankyou so much @everyone for all your reply’s :heart::heart:

You feel so alone & silly asking some questions but this forum is so lovely & kind it makes it a little easier to kind of navigate

I had an oncology nurse call me today about my next steps and she was so helpful and actually asked me to fire away with my questions I didn’t get to ask. That was a big weight of my mind.

The doc I saw forgot to mention that I will also be on Letrozole too so this will mean the following,

Zolodex injections

Ribociclib

Zondronic acid

& Letrozole …

I’m willing to try absolutely anything and give it time for any side effects to settle but if things become unbearable the nurse I spoke to today said to call with any issues and they can be discussed / addressed

feeling a little lighter for now :folded_hands:

First zolodex jab on 29th Dec

Wishing us all well on our journeys x x

I am on tamoxifen and the bone infusion in a drip and injections in my tummy to stop ovaries I was thinking of switching the bone infusion to tablets but with the tablets you have to sit upright for half an hour after taking them and the bone infusion drip only takes 15 mins to go through and it’s every 6 months which is a lot easier so I’m staying on the drip form
