Has anyone experinced an infection following biopsy. The surgeon says it was due to the type of cancer, infammatory. I was supposed to start chemo today but can’t now have to wait until infection clears up.

I got one after WLI. Unfortunately every stage in this journey can be full of waiting.
You just get your head round what’s going to happen next and something like this happens.
on the plus side they check for infections and won’t continue until everything’s ok
