Ok ladies how do I go about finding out about my surgeons previous work? He is new to my hospital and all I have is a name.
do you know where he was before? That information may help
Hmmm. That sounds a bit like “get out of that without moving” given you can’t name him on here!
Couple of thoughts…
Have you tried googling him? A lot of PS do private work and NHS and often there are testimonial thingies for ptivate work.
Do you know where he came from? You could probably say on here ‘my new PS came from hosp XYZ initials AB’ and ask anyone to PM their experiences.
I think the Dr Foster website has some sort of review type thingies too.

I asked my BCN if the breast surgeon had a portfolio of his work to show to patients. There were two folders of various recon ops post surgery pictures and a number of his past patients who volunteer to show their surgery sites to new patients.
