Injury to BC site!
Injury to BC site! I’m one year on from a BC diagnosis. Had a WLE and Rads. Just had my one-year-on check up and tests, (not got results yet), when wham…was a passenger in a car crash. Got soft tissue damage to the BC area as well as other probs. I refused to have an x-ray, though suspected broken ribs, as have had so many x-rays to that area and I was told the management would be exactly the same…broken bones or not. My GP suggests I should pursue a personal Injury claim because of possible probs in the future. My head is in bits…just dunno what to do…I hate those ‘ambulance chasing’ - type lawyers yet wonder if there might be some long-term implications re the BC. Anyone been in a similar situation? Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
