intraductal papillomas and sclerosing adenosis

Hi I am 42 years old and just got the pathology report from my excisional biopsy for microcalcifications.
Good news was that I don’t have cancer.(yeah!) However the doctor said that the intraductal papillomas found require me to have follow up with a MRI with contrast just to make sure. When I did my mamo and breast sono these papillomas did not show up. The papillomas were found in 4 tissue samples but can not be felt. They were found in peripheral tissue. I don’t have any nipple discharge like I have read some people have.
Has anyone had an experience like this. I don’t know if I should be worried about my risk for getting cancer from this or not.
I don’t have any other risk factors and there is no family history.

Thank you.
Any input would be great.

Bumping this up for redoctober
