I live in Oldham and have been diagnosed with BC (lobular) 9 days ago. would really like to talk to anyone who has been treated or is receiving treatment
at Oldham

Sorry to hear of your diagnois. Am from Bury but had biopsy at Oldham - you are really lucky - the breast care centre there is really nice (even though the car park is an absolute nightmare!!) The centre in Bury is really old and nasty. Had op at Bury and am having chemo at Bury the radiotherapy at Christie and then Herceptin at Oldham. XXX

hi im from bolton was diagnosed with breast cancer in july have had 3 cycles of chemo aand mamstectomy and waiting to restart chemo

Im im in heywood, had lobular diagnosied at pennine, april had reconn in may, no probs ,had this done at north manchester, no pain, nursing care spot on, now having chemo at christie, 4 more to go, them hormones.

lucky in the fact that I have worked at Pennine cancer services and now chrisites so knew the process and the staff…

try not to get to worried (she says) the service is spot on, and im the biggest wuss when it comes to pain, even scans and boob handling … not felt any yet.
