I have grey fluff on my head now. Last chemo’s 22nd and 29th Sept, then rads, herceptin and tamoxifen.
My eyes too water quite alot too and look quite puffy and sometimes sore, I use eye drops that help abit.

Well done Di re last rads, cant believe my last one was 3 weeks ago! Cyprus was so good!!! Cant make lunch Mon,gutted, missed the last one as my friends birthday and next Mon I have back to work meeting so will miss, i am gutted, feel bit out of the loop lately, will try and make the next one, and if anyone is near to me who maybe would like to meet for a drink that be fab, love to hear how you are all getting on. Haven’t been here for ages. I’ve had a very rough couple of weeks since my last TAX, been in bed for most of the time and feeling very down in the dumps and sorry for my self.
I’m finally coming back to life and looking forward to seeing you all and catching up on Monday.

Hi Noanie-sorry to hear you’ve had a rough time. Just thought you’d like to know that it’s now 4 weeks since my last tax and I feel good at last. Am swimming 20 lengths a day and feeling much happier and fitter. I felt just like you for the first two weeks and began to think I would never feel better. But the old me is definitely resurfacing now. Looking forward to catching up on Monday

Hi fellow Shropshire lasses - sorry Noanie you been feeling bad and Rachel Harp,wow time goes quick, Im now 3 months bar one week away from last chemo and feeling very relaxed after a week in Cyprus Lola had a ball! of course cos of rads only being 2 weeks at the time, now 3, i could not go in the pool but i had “steps” an “rock” just like Shirley Valentine!!! I am feeling def much more like old self and will be working next week, phased return of 2 days per week and im gutted i cant make Mon but I have a back to work assesment, will try so hard to make the next meeting as i missed the 19 Aug one aswell but it was my friends birthday so could not attend.
Love to u all, all u taxers, fecer and other regimes and all those being zapped, please dont worry if your skin is sore etc, it really does heal very quickly,my skin looks great again,j wouldnt know i had had it!

I was so sorry not to make it today, but by 12.30 I still hadn’t been seen. Took til 2 o’clock to get out of there from an 11 am appointment. Am gutted to have missed out especially as I had made arrangements to come. Hope we can have another get together soon. I hope you all had a lovely lunch and that you ate a pud for me.

Start rads on Wednesday, if anyone else will be at RSH over the next several weeks, let me know…maybe we could meet up for coffee.
Oh no! Can’t do either 21st or 24th Oct as it is half term and I will be waltzing off to Vienna.
Can do any other day of the week leading up to 21st though,(except 20th) but don’t change it just for me.

Forgot you were going to Vienna after your surgery, bet you are looking forward to that trip.
The dates I mentioned were just a few I through out there, didn’t realize it was half term so I’m sure others will have same problems… how about October 20th, November 4th or 7th?
