I am an NHS patient in the North West, Clatterbridge Hospital. I have been on kadcyla for 9 months (previously on Herceptin) but informed today treatment has stopped working. Oncologist informed me she is now considering Enhertu as next line but also considering Capecitabine as I have lung mets. There was no mention of any issue regarding access or funding for Enhertu.
Not sure which treatment i will move on to but if its Enhertu I will let you know if you and others would find that helpful. I am not sure if I qualify as low Her2+ or not but obviously I can find out. But interesting that different NHS trusts do not seem to have same funding questions ā¦?
