as you know i was 2 core biopsys clear diagnosed with chronic inflamation come back 8 to 12 weeks for ultrasound i knew app was 4th nov but letter came through yesterday and it says i am having ultrasound core biopsy why would that be.I was under impression they were happy with diagnosis and this app only check to see if inflamation was getting better as it should clear up by itself it hasnt by the way looksl exactly the same anyway does anyone know why i would need another core or is this normal thanks bablicious

Maybe they are just being EXTRA cautious. By doing the biopsy under ultrasound they can make absolutely sure they are getting right inside the lump or whatever.

thanks sparkler but surely if there was anything there they would have seen it last time i have had both ultrasound and mamo biopsies the last one was ultrasound maybe i am just being paranoid thanks bablicious
