I learnt yesterday a story of someones LD that was so bad and the arm was so very swelled. After 6 months of all day every day tight sleeve and regular MLD, the swelling wentaway and has never returned. It inspired me and i thought i would share that.

I’m worrying a lot about my lymphoedema at the mo., so that’s reassuring! Going to look into MLD after our hols next week.
