I’m 31 & was diagnosed with grade 2 er+ multifocal left sided idc just before Xmas. Thankfully negative snb. I’m 2 weeks post masectomy and diep reconstruction and gearing up for chemo, radio and tamoxifen. I’d not started my family yet, so I’m having ivf in the next two weeks to store some embryos prior to chemo. As well as generally worrying about all that’s to come, I’m really worried about abdominal bloating with ivf and my diep wound. In the words of my fertility team ’ they’re going to hit me quite hard’ with the hormones…I’m worried that the bloating could be so significant it will hurt or cause other problems… I might just be worrying about something silly, my team think it’ll be Ok but it’s really bothering me. Has anyone else been through this? And advise to share? Xx

You may want to look at and post in this thread ‘Fertility after Chemo’ where there is already a lot of support being shown.
