Well they do say great minds think alike, I have just started a new thread for the ladies in the June 2017 rads who continuing into July and the ladies who are starting in July.
You will get loads of help and support from the ladies who have gone through it before you thats for sure. Any questions just ask there will be definitely be ladies who will be able to help.

I have had to make it positive so looking at some sort of re-birth! Lol!
I am having 15 at Maidstone hospital…not looking forward to the travelling everyday! x
I’m starting mine on the 20th. All the travelling to the Beatson in Glasgow is going to do me in:(
I don’t have to travel too far for rads but it’s at the hospital in a town I don’t know so well so it seems a bit daunting at the moment. I guess I’ll know it better soon!
Sandra, yes look at it as a positive thing - a ‘present’ that will make sure you stay well.
Other half has just bought me a fitbit because I am determined to sort my life out and get fitter and healthier.

Have had some issues but finding some great ideas for creams, gels, cooling etc here.
So can share what working for me.

Sandra - I start holiday at Loch Ness the day after rads finish. Booked it last year but looking forward to it. But we’re tempted to book a week in the sun before daughter goes back to school in Sept. xx

Hi, 22 to go now!!! Yes everyone was so lovely. Thank you for all your messages. That means a lot. I have made myself an “advent” type calendar and filled it with sweets. It’s in the shape of a pink ribbon and I love it. Haven’t outgrown arts and crafts yet.
This can’t already be, my boob is totally hot! That’s in my head right?! Wondering if it is because it took us a while to squiggle me in to position and my op arm just aches and it’s making my right side hot. Anyway not complaining, just intrigued.
