Hi Timmy ,I had my op at Kendal and under Lancaster clinic too.
I’ve been to see my sergeon today I’m having my operation on 14 September lumpectomy and node removal feel a lot better now big huggs to all you others going through cancer

Good to see you back on here. Of course you need to see your friends and family b4 you have your op.
Regards your dad, I was dreading telling my mu.m who’s i1 and overseas and wondering whether or not to but my sister in law said I needed to regarding such a big thing. I’m glad I did. She came over to support me through my first 2/3 chemo and is stronger then me. They are stronger than we think.Im glad you told him and it gives him something to focus on to and will make him want to be strong for you. All the best for your op and good results.xx

Thanks Jill 1998 I have been told it’s a good hospital I’ve got Mr parmisware don’t think I’ve spelt his name correct I trust him he’s very nice roll on 14th September get it over with and my treatment plan is radiotherapy and tablets big hugs to you and all with cancer xx
Thanks jencat I’m going to skeggness to see my daughter for a couple of day’s take my mind off my op on the 14th September I’m going to kendal for the operation Mr edited name re T’s&C’s is doing it been told he’s a very good sergeon will be glad to get it over with and on my treatment plan radiotherapy and tablets I’m 74 next March I hope I’ve got many more year’s left in me just hope it doesn’t spread my sister died September 24 2015 she only lived 6 week’s after diagnosis she had bone and liver canicer inoperable still not got over loosing her life is so hard sometimes xx
Hi Timmy ,good luck with your op. Yes it is a nice small peaceful hospital .Hopefully you will only be there a few hours anyway !!!
If you go to Preston for your radiotherapy ,they have a very good volunteer driver service if you don’t want to drive /haven’t got someone to drive you.

Today I am not good I have woke crying everyone has gone back to school and several of my colleagues yesterday were moaning on fb about going back to work today endless meetings how quick holidays have gone etc I want to tell them to just shut up as I know where I would rather be. Since diagnose on 21st June I have not had a day off so today is my first ‘sick day’ and I am finding it so hard xx
