Mri results showed 10cm - quite scared to be honest awaiting bone and ct scans - they have recommended 6 cycles chemo first before surgery - have anyone else had the chemo first -

Hi nik 2015 Im triple neg with 2 tumours and 9 positive lymph nodes finished treatment November 2014 I had surgery first but many many get chemo first to shrink the tumour they thought mine was smaller than actually was so mabey if known I would of had chemo first try not to worry the beginning is the hardest take care love jinny x
Not been on here for a while as everything was going well had my diep reconstruction this June then bang they found tnbc in mammary node found during surgery- half way through rads and just been diag malignant pleural effusion- I feel like I’m falling down a black hole at mo - they are planning on pleurodesis next week - look for any advice or pointers of treatment etc
