Just need advice on cysts pain x

Hi all, I’m 38 years old and was diagnosed with fibroadenoma and cysts in my left breast 2 years ago. A year ago I went back as the fibroadenoma had grown, over the last 2 months I’ve been in constant pain in the area where the cysts are but in the last 2 weeks its got to the stage where my breast hurts when I’m walking/cycling and I find myself holding my arm under my breast to support it (I have high impact sports bras that I got when I had the biopsy 2 years ago but they aren’t helping) I’ve tried taking ibuprofen, paracetamol and codeine to numb the pain but its not doing what it normally does the week before and during my period. I am also I’m waking up because of the pain, the pain also radiates to my shoulder, under and down my arm. I just wanted to ask if anyone else has experienced this before and if you have any advice for me? Many thanks xx
